As a fine artist I love to create engaging compositions with traditional methods in a realistic yet painterly style. Oil paint is what I use most often, but I also work in charcoal, graphite, and pastels too.
My "Portrait of a King" is getting the royal treatment in an exhibit at the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art which goes through February 2026, while my "Still Life with Skull" was awarded "Best Oil Painting" in the most recent Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts juried exhibit at Penn State.
